Abstract
"Having a doctor with a disease" is the basic guarantee for people to enjoy a better life. The uneven distribution of quality medical resources and the difficulty of seeing doctors at the grassroots level have plagued us for a long time. In a new era that emphasizes Healthy China and people's health, the prospects for medical sharing are limitless. Shared medical care formed by using business models to structure medical resources will be the new direction for future medical development. Its development will become a balancer of urban health resources, re-planning and integrating high-quality medical resources to help the development of healthy cities. The emergence of Medical Mall provides a building carrier for this future medical model. Therefore, this paper takes the three aspects of urban planning layout, functional composition and space unit of medical mall under the shared medical model as the research focus. Firstly, it analyzes the planning and distribution of high-quality medical resources in healthy cities under the existing conditions of cities, and breaks the barriers that the large number of high-quality medical resources are excessively concentrated in a few hospitals while the level of diagnosis and treatment in primary hospitals is weak; Secondly, it discusses the functional organization relationship of Medical Malls under the reasonable distribution of medical resources, so that the reorganized high-quality medical resources are inclusive and shared on the premise of sharing; Thirdly, based on the sharing mechanism of Medical Malls, the spatial design strategies of various shared medical units are explained in detail. In general, the full text explored the distribution of medical resources and the design strategy of the medical mall under the shared medical model from three aspect: the block-level medical resources reorganization planning; cluster-level medical functional organization relationship; cell-level medical unit sharing mechanism. In order to achieve the sharing of high-quality medical resources in the city, the working capital of the hospital will be transferred in a shared manner, and the medical resources will be constructed in a business model to create a healthy city.
